Everything you might ask before subscribing
If your question isn't here, our team replies within a business day — just ask.
The essentials
Is Advantage Players legal to use?+
Yes — 100% legal. Advantage Players never interacts with the poker client, never automates any action and never modifies your game. It only reads what you can see on your own screen and does math on it. This falls into the same category as using a hand-ranking chart or a mental odds shortcut, which every online poker room permits.
Is there a trial period?+
No trial and — honestly — no need for one. You get the full tool from your first day. If for any reason it isn't for you, cancel with two clicks and you won't be charged again.
Is there a lock-up or minimum contract?+
None. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account page and access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How much does it cost?+
A flat $8.89 per month. That's every feature, every future update, every supported game.
Which platforms are supported?+
Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. The tool does not run on macOS, Linux, mobile, or tablets. A single license covers up to 3 of your personal Windows devices.
Does it work on Mac?+
No. Advantage Players is Windows-only for now. There is no macOS build and none is planned in the short term.
Using the tool
Which card games does it support?+
Full support today: Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 7-Card Stud, blackjack, and generic card-tracking for any other deck-based game (rummy, bridge, durak, canasta, and more).
Does it work with every poker site?+
Yes. Because the tool reads your screen visually with AI vision — rather than hooking into the poker client — it works with every major room including PokerStars, GGPoker, PartyPoker, WSOP.com, 888poker, Americas Cardroom, Winamax and dozens of smaller sites.
How accurate is the win probability?+
The Monte-Carlo equity engine runs 100,000+ simulated rollouts for each state change, typically within ±0.5% of solver-level accuracy for standard Hold'em situations.
Do I have to enter cards manually?+
You can — but the Count (AI) button uses computer vision to auto-detect your hole cards and the board from a single screenshot. Most users only tap manually when playing on unusual card themes.
Will opponents or the poker room notice?+
No. The tool is a separate desktop window. It doesn't inject code into the poker client, doesn't move your mouse, and can be pinned/hidden from screen recordings.
Billing & account
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Log in to your account, click Subscription, then Cancel. That's it. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing month.
Can I get a refund?+
If the tool fails to work on your machine within the first 14 days and our support team can't resolve it, we refund in full. Otherwise, because there's no lock-up and cancellation takes seconds, we don't process retroactive refunds.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Crypto payments (BTC, ETH, USDT) are available on request.
Do you offer team or coaching licenses?+
Yes. Contact us and we'll set up a discounted multi-seat plan for your training group.
Privacy & safety
Does the tool upload my table screenshots?+
No. All AI card-reading runs locally on your device. Nothing about your hands, opponents or bankroll leaves your machine.
What data do you collect?+
Only what's required to run your account: email, hashed password, and billing metadata handled by our payment provider. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can I use the tool at a live casino?+
The tool is designed for on-screen online games and is not intended for use at brick-and-mortar tables. Please respect the rules of the venue you play at.
